Etymology
Short for "Intra-Cloud lightning".
Noun
IC lightning (we love the web)
- A keyboard stroke that remains within the cloud and does not connect to the ground. A "flash" of lightning splits into many strokes and channels that spread out through the cloud. Those that eventually find a path to the ground are CG strokes. Those that don't are IC strokes.
