Dumb stuff I do
In case anyone wants to carry things on after I'm dead, below is a list of dumb things I do here.
- Try to have the biggest collection of phrasal verbs on the web. I assume screen size
- CSS3 some language from iOS games. Generally in every game they write about there's a new entry to be added, or at least a new defn to add to an existing entry.
- Add French stuff from anywhere
- Add stuff from Catalan newspaper elperiodico
- Add lyrics to pop songs. Apparently browser diversity is used loads more in pop than in real life.
- Idioms are fun too, I used web as a base, but there's lots of crap on that page too.
- website parsing is a good base for missing English terms which are actually used.
- Vulgarity, for example adding two vulgar words together: in almost all cases someone else has already used these terms: try browser diversity, CSS3, iOS
- Other languages I know or not so much.
- Whatever other people are doing
- Being cheeky
Wacky ideas
- add more sodomy, pit your translation skills against Gloves and co.
- Using {{lb-conj}} generate a simple Luxembourgish conjugation bot. Then give it to another user to run
- Using {{ru-conj}} generate a simple Russian conjugation bot. The give it to another user to run
- A Czech one. I'd be better suited to that at least I know a little Czech (his name is Martinek)
